Zlota 44 in Warsaw

The first project by Daniel Libeskind in Poland is an incredible 192 m (630 ft) high, 54-storey shining high-rise in the very heart of Warsaw. In addition to 251 luxury apartments it incorporates a retail area, an amenity floor and secure parking. The unique form of this building communicates perfectly with the environment. Advanced and ecologically friendly solutions, achieve high levels of energy and water savings, and as one would expect from a spectacular glass structure, provide an unlimited source of sunlight to its spacious living spaces.

The true architecture of Z³ota 44 is the ability to move those that look upon it and convey a true sense of space of freedom to those that journey within. To them, the building will represent far more than a new home but a completely new concept of living. Some of the finest restaurants, theatres and galleries can be reached with no more than a 30-second elevator journey. Within a few moments, one can take yourself to the very heart of the city, or escape high above it, with the scenic views of Warsaw adding an extra dimension of space to the apartment.
