This is a bold and beautiful tower of shimmering blue-glazed glass in an articulated, stepped back design - reaching up an impressive 36 storeys. At its base a classic four storey podium level finished in warm pre-cast cladding with cornices, columns and large windows presents a pleasing prominence at street level. The welcoming canopied front entrance overlooks the serene Essex community park and a limited collection of executive townhomes flanks its southern boundary.
