Pier 27 is Toronto's new landmark sculpture of glass and steel right on the water's edge, possessing a commanding international presence.

Situated at the centre of one of the world's greatest destinations, Pier 27 is indeed one of a kind.

As Toronto thrives and evolves into a dynamic world metropolis, you have the opportunity to be part of one of the most significant moments in the city's history. President of Fernbrook and Developer Danny Salvatore says. "One of the top priorities was to design and site all buildings in such a way as to preserve sight lines," he adds, "and to have them act as a link, not a barrier to the lake." All that and much more has been accomplished.

Peter Clewes of Architects Alliance designed Phase One - the two 12-storey, glass and steel buildings topped off with a three-storey bridge with spectacular suites featuring city and lake views. A wide selection of floorplans are available, from one-bedroom suites to 4,000-square-foot penthouses with three bedrooms and a den.

Pier 27 will also offer residents extensive indoor and outdoor recreational facilities, including an outdoor pool and cabanas with views of the lake and the islands, indoor lap pool, complete spa, a round-the-clock concierge and valet parking to whisk the vehicles of residents and guests alike to the underground parking garage.

Pier 27 is built in the midst of Toronto's waterfront community, it is located on Queen's Quay and directly across it is a Loblaws, an LCBO as well as many restaurants and clubs!
