Pemberton Group introduces new "U Condominiums" project at core part of Downtown Toronto near at Bay Street and St Mary street. U condos consist two high rise towers. The West Tower is 45 Storeys and East Tower is 55 storeys. The Occupancy is estimated in summer 2012.
