The plan for the Cityplace development includes a signature tower of about 200 meters in height for the location of the sales center at Spadina Ave. and Bremner Blvd.
Renderings of a design by Busby + Associates Architects were released in 2002 and construction was planned for 2003, but the project was put on-hold.
