In Kista, a suburb of Stockholm located approximatly 10 km to the north from the central station in an exposition-area - yet easily accesible by Metro. Named after the crown-princess of Sweden, this will be the nabourhoods second tower but not the last. Construction on this tower started in may 2009, it's scheduled for completion in september 2011. The tower is being built as an extra strong structure envisioned for a possible height increase to 174 meters in the future. Architects are Wingårdh and main contractor is PEAB. The tower is mixed use and includes 300 hotelrooms and 5000 squaremeters officespace.
